Gun Digest Book of Knifemaking First Edition 1989 by Jack Lewis and Roger Combs. This book is out of print. The overall condition is great. The back cover has a few small scratches. The pages are in excellent condition and complete. 16 chapters. This book is not part of the Gun Digest Book of Knives as it covers knife making and not knives in general.

I think there where 7 different books with the Digest Book name that in someway covered knives. There where five on knives in general, one on knifemaking, Gun Digest Book of Knifemaking, and one on folding knives. If you know of any more please let me know.

The only book devoted only to commemorative knives. It is a little out of date but it is a good start and remember it is the only one like it so far. Delve into descriptions, quantities, prices, manufacturers and values for no less than 1,200 knives. J. Bruce Voyles also includes expanded terminology, exclusive listings for collecting clubs and more.
