Celluloid handles and font shield that is stamped Friedman-Shelby Shoes. It is a fish knife that is also a advertising knife. Back shield is stamped Fishman's Favorite.

Made 1925-1942 in the USA. If you are familiar with Imperial they made quality knives in this time period but later after the war they changed the quality and lowered it. This is a much better knife than the ones made before they went out of business in 2004. Also this is the company that made Schrade knives - Imperial Schrade Corporation.
