| Cutco Butcher Knife that is the
original style handle and in excellent condition. It has been sharpened
and there are fine scratches along the blade edge.
On the top of the blade there are small ruff places that do
not reduced the usability of the high quality butcher knife. The blade is
full and has been used very little. An 7-7/8"
stainless steel straight-edge blade, with Cutco
original style handle for maximum control. We recommend it for
splitting a lobster, disjointing a chicken and slicing thick skinned melon
and squash. Measures 13" overall. "Good Design
