Schrade
Heritage Serpentine Whittler 8041, etch on blade, green bone handles,
made and dated 1983, mint in fancy box, 3-7/8" closed. It's hard to
believe that Schrade made this knife because it is so well made. It
is more like old Schrade Cutlery knives of the 1920's. Large
Whittlers like this one are not common, as most Whittlers are
smaller. Made in USA. There were several patterns in the series with green, red,
and brown bone handles. From
the original Imperial Schrade Corporation made in the Ellenville,
New York factory before they closed their doors in 2004!

Whittler mint in the box. 4-1/8" closed.
Whittlers with a locking blade are not common. Genuine bone handles with
nickel silver bolsters. The large blade is etched Lockback Whittler. Surgical steel, made in Japan back
in the early 1990's. Older stock. The one in the photo is the one you get. We only have

It is excellent and has been sharpened with carry wear and tarnish. Delrin handles with
nickel silver bolsters. From the original Imperial Schrade Corporation
