Segerstrom barrel knife marked SEGERSTROM ESKILSTUNA SWEDEN carbon steel blade that is excellent. The knife is
7-1/2" overall opened including the lanyard. Blade is 3-1/4" opened and the barrel handle is 3-7/8" made of curly birch wood. It has been sharpened and carried with several tarnish places on the blade and handle. This is a fixed blade that takes apart to fold up. Made in Eskilstuna, Sweden. All parts are tight and it opens and closes well. No missing or loose parts and a very good example that is almost near mint.

This is an old knife!
Segerstrom 1864 - 1925

According to Levine's Guide to Knives and Their Values 4th Edition there are several sizes. Narrow straight blade. Barrel-shaped birch handle, steel fittings, brass liner. Made 19th century to circa 1952.
