Kershaw petrified wood handled Macho, Honcho and Little Stud boxed set. Everything is mint in solid walnut display box. Set includes Macho Model 2120; Honcho Model 2110; Little Stud Model 2105 with unique petrified wood scales. They came out in 1982 and are dated on the tang along with the serial number 381/500. This came out while Pete Kershaw ran the company because he retired on May 31, 1998. Over 29 years old and mint in the box! Each is a beautiful lock back knife that is Macho 4" closed; Honcho 3-1/4" closed; Little Stud 2-1/4" closed and very thin, so they fit in your pocket well. They are part of the early Kershaw's as they started making these in 1980. If I remember correctly they have highly polished AUS-8 stainless steel blades. They come with Kershaw's limited lifetime warranty. The three knife models in this set were discontinued around 1989. Of course this set was only made in 1982. The large Macho was used in the Walter Alexander color scrimshaw limited edition design series that Kershaw produced for several years. Only 500 sets made - 381/500! The solid wood display box is 8-1/2" by 5-1/2" with brown felt lined inside of the wood box including the Kershaw logo. The wood box includes a cardboard slip cover and is ready to wrap for a great gift. Beautiful set of knives!
