The carrying pouch fits on your belt, with a 2-1/2" wide loop, is well made with different compartments to hold all you see in the photo below and is 6" X 4-1/2" X 1-1/2". The kit comes with emergency items, such as matches, fire starter, five waterproof survival cards, Silva compass made in Sweden, fishing hooks and line, sharpening stone and more. The instructing waterproof survival cards are maybe the best and most helpful. Some of the things they show and explain will save your life but you may not like doing them. But as they say "at the end of the day you are either alive or dead". The survival cards are not shown in the photo below but they are 3" X 5".
