Sterling silver Scrimshaw Ivory Ring with a sailing ship on the ocean

Sterling silver Scrimshaw Ivory Ring with a sailing ship on the ocean. The ring is marked on the inside of the band Sterling and AS. On the back of the oval it is marked with a W. It is in near mint condition and the Scrimshaw is on genuine ivory. The Scrimshaw is signed in the bottom left as seen in the photo. The ring is small in size and fits my little finger. I was told the ring was made in Alaska and the AS mark is for Alaskan Silver, and the ivory is Fossil Mastodon. It comes in a gray fine jewelry display box.

The oval area shown in the photo is about 3/4" X 5/8". I do not know what size it is, but the inside diameter of the finger area is 5/8". Its a good looking ring and well made!
